Role Overview:

As the Membership Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our membership base. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new members, fostering relationships with corporate clients, and broadening our outreach through strategic alliances. Your main objective will be to promote our CPD certified courses and personalized training solutions to both individuals and organizations, assisting them in achieving their professional development objectives.

Key Duties:

  • Sales Initiatives: Proactively identify, research, and generate leads to create a strong pipeline of potential members, targeting both individuals and corporate clients.
  • Client Interaction: Conduct tailored consultations and presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our courses and training solutions.
  • Partnership Building: Develop and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, professional associations, and other relevant networks to enhance membership sales.
  • Sales Strategy Input: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to formulate and execute effective sales strategies, including pricing structures, promotional initiatives, and new product developments.
