Membership Engagement Executive

Hybrid Working 2.5 Days Home

Permanent Role, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective membership engagement strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director and Account Manager to prioritize targets and achieve sales goals.
  • Prepare and send targeted letters and email approaches to secure sales meetings with C-suite individuals.
  • Conduct research on corporate websites, industry reports, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate CRM data to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with the management of a sales pipeline and provide support to the sales team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in membership engagement, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and membership organizations is desirable.
