We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Consultiv Utilities Limited. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers across the UK, identifying sales opportunities, and presenting solutions that save our customers time, money, and reduce their carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • B2B cold calling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning
  • Present solutions that save our customers time, money, and reduce their carbon emissions
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers
  • Manage existing customer accounts and renewals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in telesales in either a B2B or B2C
  • Energy experience is desirable but not essential
  • Confident to approach customers on an outbound basis
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
