Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a high-energy sales coaching environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the Energy industry, with a focus on Business-to-Business sales.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform coaching strategies.
