About the Role

Consultiv Utilities Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Coach to join our Learning and Development Team. As a Sales Performance Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coaching our sales colleagues to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of L&D to identify sales colleagues who require additional support and coaching.
  • Maintain up-to-date coaching records and provide regular feedback to Key Stakeholders and the Head of Learning & Development.
  • Assist sales colleagues in achieving their targets by using a coaching framework and providing guidance on job-related challenges.
  • Evaluate employees' performance and implementation of coaching after each session.
  • Drive commercial performance by delivering coaching sessions and analyzing data to plan and optimize performance.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and Key Stakeholders.
  • Liaise with sales colleagues to increase their sales performance using proven coaching models.
  • Plan and deliver coaching sessions using a range of materials and tools.
  • Track group and individual performance based on agreed actions and ensure these are in line with the coaching framework.
Requirements
  • Proven track-record in delivering results in a high-energy sales coaching environment.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work and deliver under pressure.
  • Organised with the ability to manage own workload daily.
  • Outgoing personality with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to motivate, inspire and develop others.
  • Excellent rapport building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the energy industry, with experience in cold calling and business-to-business sales.
  • Strong achievement drive, self-motivation, and relationship management capability.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Previous experience in sales coaching in a similar role is essential.
  • Passion for inspiring others for success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in the energy sector and delivering 1-2-1 coaching with results.
