Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our North East region team at Keepmoat Homes. The successful candidate will work Thursday to Monday, providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales and financial targets.
The Sales Executive will support customers through the buying process, both in person and via telephone and email. They will maintain contact with customers through updates on promotions and ensure the standard follow-up procedures are adhered to.
The Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure targets are met, sales are closed, and deposits are taken within set guidelines. They will also be responsible for opening the show home, organizing the presentation of the Sales Information Centre, Show Home, and Landscaping.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets
- Support customers through the buying process
- Maintain contact with customers through updates on promotions
- Ensure standard follow-up procedures are adhered to
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure targets are met
- Open the show home and organize the presentation of the Sales Information Centre, Show Home, and Landscaping
Requirements
- GCSE or equivalent standard in English and Maths
- Formal sales/customer service specific qualifications desirable
