Job Title: Sales Performance Coach

Consultiv Utilities Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Coach to join our team. As a Sales Performance Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coaching our sales colleagues to achieve success in the Business-to-Business Energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Head of Learning and Development to identify areas where coaching is required.
  • Maintain accurate coaching records and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to help sales colleagues exceed their targets.
  • Act as a consultant and role model, providing guidance and support to sales colleagues.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of coaching sessions and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Drive commercial performance by delivering coaching that results in increased sales.
  • Analyze data to inform coaching decisions and optimize performance.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a high-energy sales coaching environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to motivate and inspire others to achieve success.
  • Strong knowledge of the energy industry and experience in sales coaching.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
