Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Head of L&D to identify individuals who require additional support and coaching.
- Maintain up-to-date coaching records.
- Assist individuals in exceeding monthly targets using a coaching framework.
- Act as a consultant and role model to salespeople, providing helpful advice on job-related challenges.
- Evaluate employees' performance and implementation of coaching after each session.
