Customer Experience Strategist

- Analyze customer data and insights to improve the overall experience across various touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
- Communicate customer needs and data-driven insights to guide organizational strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on the impact of improvements to the customer journey.
