Position Overview
Salary Range: £30,000 to £35,000

Upon commencement of your employment, you will receive a one-time payment of £1000 within 14 days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate for clients in litigation cases, including the preparation of court documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to formulate case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
  • Oversee client files and ensure meticulous record-keeping of case developments, fees, and expenditures.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external entities to facilitate timely case resolutions.
  • Draft written reports, correspondence, and legal documents with clarity and precision.
  • Remain informed about legal trends and precedents pertinent to your case assignments.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and manage your workload efficiently to meet client needs.
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in all client and stakeholder interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your legal acumen.
  • Embrace new challenges and pursue opportunities for professional advancement within the firm.

Key Requirements

  • The firm seeks a candidate who is flexible and willing to utilize the collective knowledge and experience of the team.
  • 0 to 2 Years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Property Litigation is advantageous.

The selected candidate will be eligible for a one-time signing bonus of £1000, funded by NPA Recruit Ltd, to be disbursed within 14 days of starting employment, in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
