About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a unique chance to join a leading National Law Firm as a Housing Litigation Senior Associate. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to provide exceptional service to clients.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have a background in a housing management environment, with a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients. The role involves collaborating closely with Partners on high-value, technically challenging housing management claims, both litigated and pre-litigated matters, and includes liaising with barristers and experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocating in Courts or Tribunals
  • Traveling across England
  • Providing exceptional client care
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and communicating information logically
  • Having proficient IT skills

Requirements

  • A qualified solicitor with 5 years of PQE+ (or CILEX equivalent possessing civil rights of audience)
  • Previous experience working on social housing litigation
  • Understanding of anti-social behaviour claims and injunctions, possession proceedings, housing disrepair, housing related personal injury claims, and statutory nuisance claims
