About the Position

This is a fantastic chance for a Senior Associate specializing in Housing Litigation to join a progressive and well-regarded law firm, recognized for its expertise in social housing.

As our Housing and Regeneration division expands, we are in search of a seasoned Senior Associate to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in housing management, with a consistent influx of new assignments from established clients. We seek a driven and organized professional with aspirations to deliver outstanding service to our clientele.

The role encompasses close collaboration with Partners on high-stakes, technically intricate housing management disputes, both litigated and pre-litigated, and involves interaction with barristers and experts.

Candidate Profile

  • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE (or CILEX equivalent with civil rights of audience)
  • Demonstrated experience in social housing litigation
  • Familiarity with anti-social behavior claims, injunctions, possession proceedings, housing disrepair, housing-related personal injury claims, and statutory nuisance claims
  • Proven advocacy experience in Courts or Tribunals, with readiness to travel across the country
  • Exceptional client care skills
  • Strong verbal and numerical reasoning abilities
  • Capability to analyze, assess, and convey information clearly
  • Proficient in IT applications
