Job Title: Reception and Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reception and Finance Assistant. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our Financial Controller and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices and staff expenses with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date finance records
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Welcome visitors to our office and ensure a positive first impression
  • Distribute post and manage courier services
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Experience in finance is beneficial, but not essential
  • Proficiency in Sage software is a plus
  • Availability to start immediately
