The Trust's lead for advanced clinical practice will oversee the comprehensive development and leadership of Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) across the organization. This role involves collaboration with professional leads to enhance advanced practice initiatives. The individual will assist the Trust's Chief Nurse in formulating, directing, and executing a multi-professional strategy for advanced practice, which includes establishing clear career pathways for ACPs. Additionally, they will provide specialized advice, education, consultancy, and clinical expertise.

Education

Essential Qualifications:

  • Registered clinical professional
  • MSc in advanced clinical practice
  • Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP)
  • Leadership qualification

Experience

  • Experience as an ACP

  • Experience as an autonomous practitioner
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional and Personal Development (CPPD)
