We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle e-Business Suite Technical Specialist to join our team at the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our Oracle e-Business Suite applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and maintenance for Oracle e-Business Suite applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Oracle e-Business Suite applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and other cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Design, develop, and implement new features and functionality for our Oracle e-Business Suite applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for Oracle e-Business Suite applications.
- Extensive experience with Oracle e-Business Suite applications, including systems analysis and design, and application problem resolution and support.
- Demonstrated ability to define user requirements, design and develop solutions, and prepare complex documents including program specifications.
- Expertise with Oracle eBusiness administration, Service, HRMS, Financial Modules, and SQLPlus.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with management, users, information technology personnel, and vendors, both orally, and in writing in English.
- Ability to successfully interact in a team environment.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience with Oracle applications.
