Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using various tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business intelligence reports and dashboards using SAP BOBJ Enterprise Suite, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Develop and maintain existing reports and perform production support activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement new functionality in other reporting tools.
  • Ensure training and knowledge transfer occurs for self and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date on database warehouse and business intelligence products and technologies.
  • Assist and provide direction to coworkers in using new techniques and solving complex technical problems.
Requirements
  • Experience with various BI tools such as SAP BOBJ Enterprise Suite, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Considerable knowledge in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix/Linux operating system.
  • Demonstrated ability to define user requirements, design and develop solutions, and prepare documents.
  • Ability to successfully interact in a team environment and effectively communicate in English.
