About the Role

At XML International, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and supporting business solutions, understanding and interpreting business requirements, and translating them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and support business solutions to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  2. Understand and interpret business requirements to develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
  3. Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end reporting processes, including production critical path and dependencies on associated business processes.
  4. Ensure adherence to development standards to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that are robust and scalable.
  5. Coordinate and document the acceptance and understanding of all stakeholders, including vendors, with the Business Requirement Document.
  6. Gain detailed understanding of current capabilities, gaps, and opportunities for streamlining efficiencies and improving customer experience.
  7. Help create competitive differentiation for XML International.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  2. Deep knowledge of teller/branch transformations, banking processes, and digitalization.
  3. Nice to have: knowledge of UK banking regulations/compliance.
  4. Proficient in planning discovery activities, mapping business processes, eliciting requirements, and writing user stories.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly in Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  6. Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence.
  7. Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
  8. Experience in managing projects and cross-functional initiatives is a plus.
  9. Experience working with development teams is required.
