As a Business Partner Analyst, you will build strong relationships with business stakeholders and influence decision making using data, insights, and commercial acumen.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing improvements and changes to reports and dashboards providing the Business with key metrics and data.
  • Being the key point of contact for colleagues from functions within Royal Mail to request data.
  • Exploiting existing data, tools, and techniques to support executive reporting and performance management to maintain relevance to the business and end users.
  • Maintaining a good understanding of RMG strategy, including the impact of projects and programmes to data and reporting.
  • Maintaining a broad understanding of all Knowledge Management processes.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to:

  • Partner with and build strong relationships for critical activities.
  • Influence decision making using data and insights and commercial acumen.

  • A good communicator, both written and verbal, who can alter communication style depending on the audience.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously whilst contributing to the wider team.
  • A structured, analytical approach with high attention to detail.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Experience of agile development phases and the use of project management tools.

The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
