We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner Analyst to join our Business Partnering team. This role will involve building strong relationships with business stakeholders and 3rd parties, influencing decision making using data, insights, and commercial acumen. You will be responsible for managing improvements and changes to reports and dashboards, providing key metrics and data to the business.
As a Business Partner Analyst, you will be the key point of contact for colleagues from functions within Royal Mail Group to request data. You will exploit existing data, tools, and techniques to support executive reporting and performance management, maintaining relevance to the business and end users.
You will also maintain a good understanding of RMG strategy, including the impact of projects and programmes on data and reporting. Additionally, you will partner with and build strong relationships with business stakeholders for critical activities, influencing decision making using data and insights and commercial acumen.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, both written and verbal, who can alter communication style depending on the audience. You will be self-motivated and able to work autonomously, while understanding the importance and contribution to the wider team. A structured, analytical approach with high attention to detail is essential, as well as experience of agile development phases and the use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
