Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Office Angels. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, create sales materials, and conduct sales pitches to secure new business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Skills: Strong sales and relationship-building skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with CRM systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 basic depending on experience + commission (OTE YEAR 1 - £45,000 - £50,000)
