We are currently seeking a skilled Retail Operations Leader for our Monsoon store.

In this position, you will:

  • Enhance the overall performance of the store by managing and developing your team, embodying Monsoon's values, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Drive profitability by surpassing KPIs, maintaining P&L, and managing controllable costs in alignment with budgetary goals while maximizing local market opportunities.
  • Ensure your team remains motivated and knowledgeable, supporting each member in achieving excellence in their roles.
  • Capitalize on commercial opportunities to boost sales within your store, implementing visual merchandising and window display guidelines to a high standard.
  • Promote and deliver our customer services effectively.
  • Exhibit flexibility in your role, assisting other stores and team members to achieve shared objectives.
