Third-Party Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Third-Party Capture Claims Handler to join our Vehicle Replacement Group team in Solihull, Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims, communicating with parties involved in car accidents, and gathering information for processing and assessing claims.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with parties involved in car accidents and gather information for processing and assessing claims
- Manage a caseload of claims, planning telephone contact and updates with clients, insurance companies, and other third parties
- Keep accurate records of claim history and up-to-date positions
- Provide advice to clients regarding claims and additional services offered by the business
- Comply with technical and regulatory processes and procedures
- Previous experience in a busy administration or customer services role
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to organize workload
- Quick learner with ability to understand processes and technical information
- Background in an insurance or credit hire business an advantage
- Good overall ability with technology, including Microsoft Office packages
- Good standard of education
