We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Third-Party Capture Claims Handler to join our Vehicle Replacement Group team in Solihull, Birmingham. Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with parties involved in car accidents and gather information for processing and assessing claims
  • Manage a caseload of claims, planning telephone contact and updates with clients, insurance companies, and other third parties
  • Keep accurate records of claim history and up-to-date positions
  • Provide advice to clients regarding claims and additional services offered by the business
  • Comply with technical and regulatory processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a busy administration or customer services role
  • Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to learn quickly and understand processes and technical information
  • Background in an insurance or credit hire business an advantage
  • Good overall ability with technology, including Microsoft Office packages
  • Good standard of education
