We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Claims Handler to join our Vehicle Replacement Group team in Solihull, Birmingham. As a Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing a caseload of claims, communicating with parties involved in car accidents, and gathering information for processing and assessing claims.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of claims, planning telephone contact and updates with clients, insurance companies, and other third parties involved in the claim.
- Keep quality records of the history and up-to-date position of claims awaiting hire decisions or hire arrangements.
- Provide advice to clients regarding the claim and any additional services offered by the business.
- Comply with all technical and regulatory processes and procedures.
- A good overall ability with technology, including Microsoft Office packages.
- Specializing in professional services and technology firms, working in partnerships with leading insurance companies.
