Job Summary:

Davies is seeking a highly motivated and organized Claims Handler to join our Vehicle Replacement Group team in Solihull. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims, communicating with parties involved in car accidents, and gathering information for processing and assessing claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of claims, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Communicate with parties involved in car accidents, gathering information and updating records
  • Provide advice to clients regarding claims and additional services offered by the business
  • Comply with technical and regulatory processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy administration or customer services role
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to organize workload
  • Quick learner with a natural ability to understand processes and technical information
  • Good overall ability with technology, including Microsoft Office packages
  • Good standard of education
