Vehicle Replacement Claims Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Claims Handler to join our Vehicle Replacement Group team in Solihull, Birmingham. As a Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing a caseload of claims, communicating with parties involved in car accidents, and gathering information for processing and assessing claims.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of claims, planning telephone contact and updates with clients, insurance companies, and other third parties involved in the claim.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of claim history and position, awaiting hire decisions or hire arrangements.
- Provide advice to clients regarding claims and additional services offered by the business.
- Comply with technical and regulatory processes and procedures.
- Good overall ability with technology, including Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
