Sales Manager | Hospitality Sector | Onsite Role

Consumer Additions is excited to collaborate with a reputable hospitality organization seeking a Sales Manager to enhance their expanding team.

This position will concentrate on a brand-new venue that is set to launch soon. This establishment represents a pioneering initiative for the brand, marking an exhilarating exploration into a novel market.

The primary focus will be on engaging corporate clients and large groups to utilize the new venue. This role will be performed onsite at the location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all sales inquiries are addressed promptly, securing bookings with the appropriate offerings for each client.
  • Business Development: Actively reach out to corporations, non-profit organizations, public sector entities, and other relevant potential booking sources.
  • Effectively manage and allocate sales team members to guarantee timely responses to inquiries while balancing ongoing business development efforts.
  • Maintain relationships with past clients, sharing new promotions and inviting them for future events.
  • Proactively manage all digital listings and recommend additional opportunities for listings as necessary.
  • Ensure the onsite team is well-informed about current promotions and events.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of the complete sales process
  • Extensive practical experience in event management
  • Experience in hosting events is advantageous
  • Demonstrated success in meeting team and individual targets
  • Strong background in account management
  • Proficient in utilizing and maximizing CRM software
