We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Event Sales Executive to join our dynamic events team at Delinian Corporate Level. As an Event Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving delegate attendance and revenue for our outstanding events in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and qualify high-potential leads, and convert them into registered delegates for our events.
  • Event Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our events' content and benefits to effectively convey their value to prospects.
  • Collaboration: Share audience insights with the marketing and production teams to continuously improve event offerings and sales strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and refine your sales techniques.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: A university degree and experience in B2B sales, ideally within the events industry. Confidence and a successful history of cold calling in a commercial environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, or Hubspot as a daily tool.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Data Driven: Ability to keep track of pipeline, leads, and audience feedback to maximize sales strategies.
