About the Opportunity:

The Advocate Group is proud to be exclusively partnered with a leading home interiors specialist to support the search for an exceptional leader to join as the Regional Sales Director, covering the South East region. The business is a pioneer in luxury interior design, producing high-end, quality spec products to install in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of a successful sales team, responsible for following up leads sent from a central function, providing an exceptional service.
  • Providing training, coaching, and development to sales and product teams.
  • Attending executive management meetings to drive business growth.
  • Leading regional sales meetings to discuss sales strategies and performance.
  • Meeting personal sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong track record in sales and sales management, with experience in the bespoke home products industry.
  • Experience in dealing with discerning clients and motivating teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Full UK driving license.

Benefits:

  • OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 based on previous year's performance.
