Job Title: Spanish Customer Service, Responsible Gambling

As a key member of our European Responsible Gambling Support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers in the Spanish language.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support to customers who demonstrate signs of problematic gambling, ensuring they receive the best possible service while adhering to our Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Spanish, using internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless support and escalation of queries where necessary.
  • Promote safer gambling practices and apply self-exclusions to customers' accounts as required.
  • Deal with responsible gambling queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional listening skills and fluency in Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Motivation to put the customer first and provide exceptional support.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident decision-making skills to support our customers.
