We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our European Responsible Gambling Support team as a Spanish Customer Service Representative.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers who may be at risk of, or experience, harms associated with gambling.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the best possible service while adhering to our Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about promoting safer gambling and has excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers who demonstrate signs of problematic gambling.
  • Communicate effectively with our customers in Spanish.
  • Use internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries.
  • Liaise with internal departments.
  • Escalate queries where necessary.
  • Promote safer gambling.
  • Awareness of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
  • Apply self-exclusions to customers' accounts.
  • Deal with responsible gambling queries and complaints.
