About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish-speaking customer service representative to join our team at Bet365. As a European Responsible Gambling Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers who may be at risk of, or experience, harms associated with gambling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers who demonstrate signs of problematic gambling, ensuring they receive the best possible service while adhering to our Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Spanish, using internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Escalate queries where necessary, promoting safer gambling practices and awareness of policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
  • Apply self-exclusions to customers' accounts and deal with responsible gambling queries and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional listening skills and fluency in Spanish, with good communication skills in English.
  • Motivation to put the customer first and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Displays an understanding of customers' needs and is passionate about adhering to policies and procedures.
