HR Advisor - Maternity Cover

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing HR advice and support to the regional HR Business Partner and the wider HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employment law and best practice.
  • Support the regional HR Business Partner in delivering the full end-to-end HR service across the business.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Manage and resolve complex ER case work.
  • Deliver performance management interventions with people managers.
  • Provide administrative support and representation for HR-associated project work and new initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified CIPD.
  • Experience of successfully developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, reports, and guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of ER policies and legislation.
  • Experience of delivering performance management interventions.
  • Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines, and prioritize under pressure.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
