Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced In-patient Psychotherapist/Integrative Therapist to join our team at Priory Hospital Roehampton. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to patients with varying mental health needs
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff members
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in delivering therapy sessions to individuals with mental health needs
  • Experience working with depression, anxiety, psychosis, and PTSD is desirable
  • Certification in CBT or DBT therapy is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
