We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systemic Family Therapist to join our team as a CAMHS Psychotherapist Trainee. As a Deputy Therapies Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Therapies Lead in the development and implementation of our therapeutic services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality systemic family therapy to adolescents with complex mental health needs
- Work closely with the Therapies Lead to develop and implement therapeutic services
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to systemic family therapy
- Provide clinical supervision to junior therapists and trainees
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care for our patients
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant mental health/social welfare profession
- Masters level qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy or equivalent
- Registration with the UKCP as a Systemic Psychotherapist
- Experience of working with adolescents with complex mental health needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Training in supervision and leadership
- Experience of working in a CAMHS setting
- Knowledge of systemic family therapy models and approaches
- Experience of working with diverse populations and communities
