This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled psychotherapist to join the Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust team.

We are a leading provider of mental health services, seeking a highly motivated and experienced therapist to work with our community mental health team.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions for clients referred to our team.
  • Formulating and implementing treatment plans, taking into account complex factors and theoretical models.
  • Undertaking risk assessments and providing advice on psychological aspects of risk management.
  • Acting as care coordinator, responsible for planning and reviewing care plans under enhanced CPA.

Requirements:

  • Experience of running groups and working with personality disorder.
  • Experience working in secondary care community mental health services in the NHS.
