About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Doctor to join our Community Mental Health Team in Ealing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation and liaison with multidisciplinary teams, GPs, and other mental health services
  • Direct consultation with patients, particularly around complex cases and crisis prevention
  • Development of close working relationships with GPs, Crisis Team, and Early Intervention in Psychosis Service
  • Participation in the development of safety and care planning for service users
  • Maintenance of good working relationships with mental health teams

Our Community Mental Health Team is part of the Community and Recovery Mental Health Services service line. We are a fully integrated team with a visible presence in the local Primary Care Network. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.
