About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systemic Family Therapist to join our team as a CAMHS Psychotherapist Trainee. As a Deputy Therapies Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Therapies Lead in the development and implementation of our therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality systemic family therapy to adolescents with complex mental health needs
  • Work closely with the Therapies Lead to develop and implement therapeutic services
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to systemic family therapy
  • Provide clinical supervision to junior therapists and trainees
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care for our patients
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant mental health/social welfare profession
  • Masters level qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy or equivalent
  • Registration with the UKCP as a Systemic Psychotherapist
  • Experience of working with adolescents with complex mental health needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Training in supervision and leadership
  • Experience of working in a CAMHS setting
  • Knowledge of systemic family therapy models and approaches
  • Experience of working with diverse populations and communities
