Role Overview:
At Priory Healthcare, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and innovative treatment solutions for individuals facing mental health challenges. Our multidisciplinary clinical teams work collaboratively to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accredited Therapist or an experienced professional on the path to accreditation. Acceptable accreditation bodies include BACP, UKCP, ACAT, and BPC.
As a vital member of our Private Adult Therapy Team, you will be responsible for assessing and delivering tailored treatments to clients with diverse mental health needs in a clinical environment, adhering to NICE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.
- Utilize your expertise in managing conditions such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, and PTSD.
- Implement evidence-based practices, including CBT and DBT, to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and external services as necessary.
Work Schedule:
Your role will consist of approximately 60% clinical responsibilities and 40% administrative tasks. The working hours are structured as follows: 22.5 hours during the week (flexible) and 7.5 hours on Saturday.
