About the Role:

At Priory Healthcare, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and innovative treatment solutions for individuals facing mental health challenges. Our multidisciplinary clinical teams are committed to delivering integrated and holistic approaches tailored to each patient's needs.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Accredited Therapist or an experienced Therapist pursuing Accreditation. Acceptable accreditation bodies include BACP, UKCP, ACAT, and BPC.

As a member of our Private Adult Therapy Team, you will be responsible for assessing and implementing suitable treatments and interventions for patients with diverse mental health conditions in a hospital environment, adhering to NICE guidelines. Experience in facilitating therapy groups in outpatient or inpatient settings is preferred. Candidates with backgrounds in treating depression, anxiety, psychosis, and PTSD will find this role particularly rewarding. Familiarity with CBT or DBT methodologies is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage a balanced workload of clinical and administrative duties (60% clinical, 40% administrative).
  • Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Work Schedule:

The role consists of 30 hours per week, including 22.5 flexible hours during weekdays and 7.5 hours on Saturdays.
