ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Office Admin Support professional to assist with document control, Health & Safety (H&S) support, procurement and general office administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, organise, and maintain project-related documents, ensuring all records are properly filed, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other team members as required.
- Assist with procurement activities, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and productive office environment.
