About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the school team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including student information, staff details, and school policies.
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating events.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to students, parents, and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a School Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
