About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Coordinator to join our team at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with the management of patient records, including data entry and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
