Product Operations Manager – Luxury Travel

Rockpool Recruitment is seeking a talented individual to join a distinguished brand that specializes in providing a network of luxury residences to discerning clientele. The role of Product Operations Manager is pivotal in driving the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing strategies for expanding the inventory of luxury properties.
  • Building and nurturing significant partnerships with homeowners and property management firms to meet annual growth targets.
  • Developing and executing effective strategies to onboard potential clients, showcasing the brand's offerings to high-end property management companies.
  • Negotiating commissions and establishing commercial agreements are crucial aspects of this role.
  • Ensuring quality control by reviewing and proofreading property listings to align with the brand's style guide.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of property management companies and homeowner-owned properties.
  • Leading and mentoring a small operations team, providing ongoing support through regular training sessions and meetings.
  • Organizing familiarization trips to key regions, engaging with properties and essential partners.
  • Delivering concise product briefings during weekly meetings to highlight notable properties and introduce newly onboarded inventory.
  • Focusing on enhancing and streamlining existing operational processes.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in a company specializing in holiday property rentals, particularly in onboarding new properties or property management firms.
  • Proven track record in negotiating contracts and fostering relationships with key clients.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in managing data updates.
  • Strong process management skills and commercial awareness are essential.
  • Initial management of one team member, with potential for growth in the team.
  • Proficiency in French or Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
