Queen of Clubs Lifestyle Luxury Services Ltd, a global luxury leader in on-site Concierge & Travel Solutions, is seeking a Junior Travel Consultant for the role of Assistant Luxury Experience Designer.


The Role


The ideal candidate will handle the entire booking process from start to finish, collaborating with suppliers, luxury travel agencies, and high-end advisors.


This will involve:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing ground operations, hotels, villas, events, tickets, experiences, and local suppliers to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and suppliers to guarantee total satisfaction.
  • Developing new and exciting ideas and proposals to promote and quote to existing accounts and clients from diverse countries.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Team to resolve client complaints efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as BeConcierge, to manage client relationships and sales.
  • Utilizing effective sales and questioning techniques to close sales and meet targets.
  • Monitoring and communicating client feedback to ensure continuous improvement.


Requirements:


  • Fluency in English.
  • Passion for Luxury Travel and Lifestyle.
  • Good knowledge of destinations in the UK.
  • Strong commitment and motivation.
  • Ability to work under significant pressure.
  • Knowledge of pricing and costing, with quick math skills.
  • Prior experience in the travel industry and a university background in travel or hospitality.


This includes but is not limited to experience in tour operators, travel agencies, incentive or wedding planners, hotel reservations, concierge companies, family offices, or other sales roles in luxury hotels and the travel industry.


The company provides a MacBook and iPhone for work purposes.


This is a full-time position, and the candidate must already reside in London.


The salary starts from GBP 29,000 / GBP 34,000 per annum, plus great incentives depending on seniority.
