Job Description

At Queen of Clubs Lifestyle Luxury Services, a leading provider of on-site luxury concierge and services, we are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team as an Assistant Luxury Experience Designer.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the entire booking process from start to finish, collaborating with suppliers, luxury travel agencies, and high-end advisors. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ground Operations and Logistics: Coordinating with hotels, villas, events, tickets, experiences, and local suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  2. Client and Supplier Communication: Maintaining regular contact with clients and suppliers to guarantee total satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  3. Proposal Development and Sales: Creating innovative ideas and proposals to promote and quote to existing accounts and clients from diverse countries.
  4. Team Collaboration and Conflict Resolution: Working closely with the Senior Team to resolve client complaints efficiently and effectively.
  5. CMS and CRM Proficiency: Developing expertise in our CRM system, BeConcierge.
  6. Sales and Negotiation: Utilizing effective sales and questioning techniques to close sales, meet, and exceed sales targets.
  7. Client Feedback and Monitoring: Tracking and communicating client feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  1. Be fluent in English.
  2. Have a passion for luxury travel and lifestyle.
  3. Have a good understanding of destinations in the UK.
  4. Display total commitment and real motivation.
  5. Be able to work under significant pressure.
  6. Have a good knowledge of pricing and costing, as well as quick math abilities.
  7. Prior experience in the travel industry and a university background in travel or hospitality are highly desirable.

This role includes but is not limited to experience in tour operators, travel agencies, incentive or wedding planners, hotel reservations, concierge companies, family offices, or other sales roles in luxury hotels and the travel industry.

We provide a MacBook and iPhone for work purposes.

This is a full-time position, and the candidate must already reside in London.

The salary starts from GBP 28,000 / GBP 34,000 per annum, plus great incentives depending on seniority.
