We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care Liverpool. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to a young lady aged 27 with complex needs, including autism, anxiety, and depression.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to the client, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the client and their family, ensuring their needs are met and their best interests are at the heart of our care.
- Work collaboratively with the client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with complex needs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in supporting individuals with autism, anxiety, and depression.
- Driver's license an advantage.
