Care Requirements:

This role involves providing support, personal care, and engaging activities for a 27-year-old client with complex needs, including autism, anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, and communication challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in Autism, restraint, positive handling, physical interventions, and sensory awareness. A bubbly personality, empathy, and patience are essential for building strong relationships with clients and families.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and continuity due to the complexity of the package commitment. You will be expected to create positive relationships with clients and families, meet their needs, and prioritize their best interests. This includes helping our clients achieve their full potential.
