Job Description
We are seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Paddocks, our new specialist Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service for men. As a Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing a trusting, stimulating, and varied environment for our service users.
Your Responsibilities
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
- Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
- Assist with medical & welfare needs.
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required.
- Safeguard.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
