As an Employee Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage employees and promote a positive work culture.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create a comprehensive employee engagement plan.
  • Maintaining records and metrics to track employee engagement and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
